In restoring the townhomes’ original details, we painstakingly repaired the impressive walnut shutters from 1905. That said, they are delicate. It is important to fold the louvers down before folding the shutters.
They don’t make ‘em like they used to. We proudly maintain the original ornate brass locking mechanism from the townhome’s inception. In doing so, we still use an original skeleton key.
We have retrofitted the Parlor floor at Frank’s House with solid brass hardware to compliment the original brass detailing, fabricated by Buster & Punch.
We provide remote entry for all bookings by using an electronic and remotely-accessible lockbox. The lockbox is located inside the vestibule, and we provide a unique access code 1-2 days prior to your booking.
Our oak-panelled dishwasher is located discretely to the right of the sink in the kitchen. To run the dishwasher, you must open the door, press the power button and select the F2 function.
