  • Frank's House is a stunning example of a classic Greek Revival Brooklyn Brownstone, originally constructed in 1905. Recently, in 2022, the parlor underwent a complete restoration, modernization, and reimagining. The magnificent handcrafted walnut and plaster details have been meticulously restored to their original grandeur, seamlessly integrating contemporary kitchen and bathroom features, bridging the gap between the past and present.

    Located in the charming neighborhood of Clinton Hill, the picturesque stoop of Frank's House is a quintessential representation of iconic New York architecture. This unique property is ideally suited for all film and photo productions, providing a captivating backdrop that exudes character and elegance.

The home's architectural design embodies the contemporary essence of New York City brownstone living while tastefully preserving its historic charm. The meticulously restored original details showcase exquisite hand-crafted historic millwork, plaster, and brass finishes, perfectly complemented by modern minimalist additions that provide a harmonious balance of clean lines and sophisticated silhouettes.

    The parlor floor of Frank's House has a rich history, having housed the original owners' elegant dining and sitting rooms. The grandeur of the space is highlighted by the presence of 8-foot solid walnut pocket doors that provide an elegant separation of the two rooms, exuding a sense of timeless charm and sophistication.

    Frank’s kitchen was built for cooking, shooting, and showcasing. Brass details, marble counters, and white oak cabinetry provide a crisp aesthetic that lets the food take center stage. Visually, the kitchen design was intended for food styling and photo/film production while maintaining ideal utility and functionality.
