​Event Rates:

  • Half Day— $1600— 6 Hours

  • Full Day— $2600— 12 Hours

Production Rates:

  • Half Day— $1200— 6 Hours

  • Full Day— $2000— 12 Hours

  • Hourly— $200 per hour - 3 hour min.

Cleaning Fee:

  • $115

Payment Info

All payments for Frank's House are processed exclusively through our Honeybooks payment portal. You can pay a partial 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due one week before your scheduled event or shoot. Alternatively, you can choose to pay the total amount in advance.

Cancelation

Frank's House offers a reasonably flexible cancellation policy, recognizing that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Here is our cancelation breakdown: 

  • Two week’s notice, you receive 100% back 

  • One week's notice, you receive 50% back

  • Less than 72 hours, 25% back

Capacity

Frank's House has some flexibility, allowing for various comfortable setups. However, please note that the maximum guest capacity for all bookings is limited to 40 people.

  • Sitdown dinners - 25 people

  • Standing event - 35 people

  • Photo/film shoot - 35 people

Cleaning + Breakdown

  • Please ensure all trash is gathered and placed correctly in our outdoor bins.

  • Kindly load the dishwasher or leave used kitchenware neatly on the counter adjacent to the sink.

  • Turn off all lights.

  • Ensure all doors are closed and securely locked.

  • Disassemble table extensions.

  • Stack stools neatly.

Noise Restrictions 

Frank's House is in a residential neighborhood, nestled within a charming Brooklyn Brownstone. As a courteous request, we kindly ask our guests to maintain a music volume reminiscent of a comfortable home setting. We also request that all music and noise levels be reduced to a minimum by 12 a.m

Last Minute Hours 

At Frank's, we understand that you may want your event to continue, and we have a solution! You can extend your reservation for $150 per hour beyond your initially scheduled end time.

Speakers

Frank's House is equipped with 2 Sonos speakers for your convenience. We recommend downloading the Sonos app in advance for easy connectivity.

Deliveries

We gladly accept deliveries at Frank's House but recommend scheduling them during your reservation at Frank's. Unless otherwise arranged, we cannot assume responsibility for collecting or holding deliveries.

Catering

At Frank's House, we embrace and encourage catering services. We have established partnerships with numerous chefs with excellent knowledge of our venue. Feel free to seek our recommendations and insights for a seamless catering experience.

Hallway Usage

Our hallway is a shared hallway with our lovely neighbors upstairs. Upon request, our hallway is available for use by clients. When used, please ensure that the stairs are never blocked.

Candles

We offer floor candles enclosed in glass and table candlesticks for your use during your event, priced at $25 per occasion.

Pets

Pets are welcome, but please notify us in advance if you plan to bring one.
